COVID-19 does not affect the safety of drinking water supplies.

The State Water Board released a fact sheet regarding drinking water safety in relation to COVID-19.  Casitas Municipal Water District follows regulated water treatment and disinfection processes to prevent pathogens, which includes viruses, from contaminating drinking water. The District continuously conducts water quality tests to ensure your water meets rigorous drinking water standards. View the fact sheet here.
