The contractor has mobilized to the site to prepare for pipeline installation in Highway 192 in the coming weeks. Highway 192 near Highway 150 at the Ventura County border will be affected.  Construction will involve a combination of traditional open-cut excavation and a trenchless method known as horizontal directional drilling (HDD). During this time there will be a lane closure on Highway 192 for several weeks, and a 24-hour full closure. We will provide further updates when the schedule and duration is known.
