RENTAL INFORMATION

During the water park season, the Clubhouse may be rented for up to three (3) hours for your event.

Rental Includes:

• Maximum occupancy of 40 guests.
• Tables and chairs
• Refrigerator
• TV monitor for slide presentations

DECORATIONS

You are welcome to decorate the Clubhouse to match your party theme. However, the following items are not permitted:

• Confetti
• Glitter
• Silly string
• Stickers

If you would like to hang decorations on the walls, please request the approved tape from our staff.  No other adhesives, nails, push pins, tacks, or similar fasteners may be used. 

Any damage resulting from unapproved materials or improper installations of decorations will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in repair charges.

An excessive cleaning fee may also be assessed at the discretion of Lake Casitas Recreation Area management.

DEPOSITS, SECURITY DEPOSIT,  AND CANCELLATIONS

A reservation fee and security deposit are required at the time of booking.

Deposits are refundable provided that a cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation.

CASITAS WATER ADVENTURE ADMISSION

Clubhouse rental does not include admission to the Casitas Water Adventure.

Discounted water park admission passes are available for Clubhouse guests who wish to enjoy the water park during their event.

ACCESSIBILITY

The SplashPad and all ground-level water features are wheelchair accessible.  Wheelchairs , canes, crutches, walkers, and other medically necessary mobility devices are permitted within these areas.

The elevated Aquatic Play Structure is not wheelchair accessible. Due to continuously wet surfaces and safety considerations, wheelchairs, canes, crutches, walkers, and other mobility or support devices are not permitting on the structure, as they do not provide adequate stability.

GUEST CONDUCT

Management reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual whose attire, language, behavior, or failure to comply with Lake Casitas Recreation Area or Casitas Water Adventure rules and regulations, creates a safety concern, or disrupts the enjoyment of other guests.
