The Clubhouse is a 3-hour event rental for up to 15 guests.   All prices listed, advertised, and quoted include all fees. 

Additional Party Room – Add a 15-person Private Party Room to your existing package.  Maximum capacity of 30 people. ($250 per room)

Casitas Water Adventure Admission (seasonal)

Include admission to Casitas Water Adventure from 11 am to 6 pm (weekdays) for an additional $18.00 per person. Weekend hours vary so please contact Guest Services for additional information. 

REQUIRED TERMS FOR ALL PARTIES:

• Guest Maximum: A maximum of 15 guests only.
• Package Flexibility: Not all guests attending the party are required to be included in the waterpark package.
• Deposit and Cancellation: A deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is refundable if a cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.
• Pricing: Please note that prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• A security deposit is also required and refundable. 

NOT-REQUIRED:  

• Purchase of a Casitas Water Adventure guest package.

Management reserves the right to deny admission based on attire, inappropriate use of language, hostile demeanor, and/or refusal to follow the safety rules and regulations of Lake Casitas Recreation Area and the Casitas Water Adventure

Decorations:

You are welcome to bring additional decorations to complement your party theme. However, confetti, silly string, stickers, and glitter are not permitted in the Clubhouse. If you wish to hang items on the walls, special tape must be requested from our staff and used. No other adhesives, nails, push pins, or similar materials may be used on the walls.

If any unapproved items or materials are placed on the walls, the party will be responsible for the cost of any damage to walls or wall coverings.  

An excessive cleaning fee may be applied to your bill at The Park's discretion upon use.

 Wheelchair Accessible:

The Splash Pad and all ground-level water features are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs, canes, crutches, walkers, and other medically necessary mobility devices are permitted on the Splash Pad.

The elevated play structure is not wheelchair accessible. Due to continuously wet surfaces and safety considerations, wheelchairs, canes, crutches, walkers, and other mobility or support devices do not provide adequate stability and are therefore not permitted on the structure.
