As outlined in Section 17.2.1.1 of Casitas Rates and Regulations for Water Service, every customer receiving Casitas' water at the agricultural rate must submit an annual crop report listing the kinds of crops, acreage, production of commercial agricultural crops, and other related data. Failure to submit the annual crop report, or to meet the requirements for agricultural classification may result in the reclassification of your agricultural account to residential.
