Craving fresh-air, stars-above-you kind of camping? 🌿 Our Basic Sites bring it back to the essentials — perfect for tents and small trailers looking to stay grounded (literally) with just a fire pit, picnic table, and nature all around.

 📍 Where You'll Find Basic Sites:

Available in the following campgrounds:

  • Bass Campground (Sites B25–B37)
  • Creekside Campground
  • Fox Campground (Sites F41–F46)
  • Grebe Campground
  • Hawk Campground
  • Jay Campground
  • Kingfisher Campground
  • Mallard Campground
  • Osprey Campground

Each offers something a little different — from tucked away spots, to breezy lake views.

🏕️ What’s Included:

  • Each site includes a picnic table and fire pit
  • Nearby restrooms: Most areas have full-structure restrooms close by
    • Exception: Kingfisher & Osprey have chemical toilets only
  • Water spigots: Shared faucets located approximately every 5 sites
  • Natural terrain: Dirt pads in shaded or open spots, depending on the campground
  • No Hookups — these are dry campsites with no water or power connections

🌳 Rates:

  • Weekdays: $40.00 per night
  • Weekends (Friday & Saturday): $46.00 per night
  • Extra Vehicles: 20.00 per night on weekdays, 30.00 per night on weekends
